PMTA(Pre Market Tobacco Applications)is an application required by the FDA after February 15,2007. to take a series of evaluations of the products and Manufacturing before marketing in the U.S. Market to prove that the product quality applied for the market is reliable and stable, not only the product itself is safe, the harm to users or contacts must also be within acceptable limits.
